Welcome and Communication Audit Workshop

This workshop is run by Sue Fenton and is offered to Church Council’s and Sessions to review the welcome and communication systems of a church.  It is a fun, interactive process, which takes around 1 1/2 hours.  It helps to identify what is it is like for a newcomer to first of all find your church, then what they will find when they come.  It covers areas such as written communication, website, telephone answering message, notice boards, building notices and welcoming systems.
